Shipping Policy
All shipments are from Canada to Vietnam. Delivery times (3–30 days) are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays. A handling fee applies to all orders.
Prohibited Items
We do not ship illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, flammable materials, or items banned by Vietnamese customs law. Customers bear full liability for misdeclared goods.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, VAT, and customs fees in Vietnam are the customer's responsibility. Under-declaring values is illegal and may result in seizure.
Liability
ASH covers shipments up to CAD $200. Claims must be filed within 14 days of expected delivery. We are not liable for consequential losses.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are in CAD. Refunds are available for unprocessed orders only. Discount codes are single-use and non-transferable.
Privacy
We collect data necessary to fulfill orders. We do not sell your data. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
